Sessions are in small group settings. Our programs focus on core areas such as hips, legs, arms, & abs. We customize sessions according to the individual’s age, specific needs and personal goals. Intro To Boxing Schedule:
This 4 week program will empower the novice boxer by providing more in depth training on Boxing Basics! Upon completion of the 4 sessions, you will be invited to join our regularly scheduled beginner’s class.

(You must complete the Intro To Boxing class before attending regularly scheduled beginner sessions.)
Tuesday and Thursday: 7:00pm-8:15pm
Saturday: 1:00pm-2:15pm
