Group Boxing Level #2 sessions are structured to help the novice boxer improve their boxing skills, punches and to begin building boxing combinations. All WWB group training is women only and consists of small groups that focus on punching techniques and in improving overall body strength by incorporating H.I.I.T. in between rounds.
You MUST take Boxing Mechanics to begin training with WWB.
