Advanced Group Training - Level 3
Advanced Group Training consists of small groups that focus on punching techniques, offensive/defensive sparring drills, building combinations and in improving overall body strength by incorporating H.I.I.T. in between rounds. All group training sessions are women only.
You MUST take Boxing Mechanics to begin training with WWB.

- Speed Bag Rounds

GROUP TRAINING: 10 SESSIONS

Sessions must have at least 4 boxers registered or class will be canceled.
